Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, email us at thedecorwaveofficial@gmail.com with your Order ID mentioned in the subject line.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery and inform us via email.

Note: We are a growing brand and put our best efforts into preparing every order with care. We kindly request that cancellations be made within 24 hours, as shipped orders incur forward and reverse shipping charges.

Personalized or customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order has been processed.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Please inform our team within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure the product is returned with its original packaging and tags intact.

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

In rare cases where there is an issue with the quality or size of the product, you may return the unused product within 7 working days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the product, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Please note:

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Returns are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if a fragile item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery.

Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, the replacement product will generally be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days, subject to product availability and your location.
